The Letter "T"

Here's some pictures from the other day. In the first one Lily, to me, looks alot like my sister did when she was a baby. Jack was actually acknowledging his baby sister on this day. He gave her a kiss and then proceeded to give her an alphabet lesson. I figure she'll be reading by 2 with the help of her big brother. I'll have to post some new pictures of Jack this week because he got his hair cut and looks like a mini David. They both have the same "style" now!

Special Outfits

I swear I'm not just playing dress up! These outfits are special to me. The first picture is of Lily wearing a dress I wore as a baby. It was from my dad's family in Ireland. In the second picture Lily is wearing the outfit my Grandpa Ted had given me the first time I was expecting (when he was convinced I was having a girl). We had our girl eventually! I'm glad she will have these pictures to look at one day. She looks like a floppy little doll in these photos.

The Golden Girls Visit

The Schaefer ladies visited us this weekend. Jack was smitten with so many beautiful women around. I'm not joking either. He went up to both Jenny and Maddie to give them a kiss without any prompting. Dave kept joking with him, "Hey Jack, at least buy them dinner first!" Anyway, it was so nice to see everyone. They showered us with gifts which is always fabulous. Just think, this will be Julie in a few more months!!

Fun with the Daniels and May families

We had such a great visit with our friends last week. There were kiddos everywhere. I wish we were all closer!

First Photo Shoot!

My friend Erin visited us this past week and as you can see she has become quite the photographer. I had asked if she would take some pictures of the baby and she got some beautiful shots. I'll add more this week. Thank you Erin! I treasure these.
