Lucy's got to eat too!

The other day Jack brought his dog (who he calls Lucy) some food. He's very considerate. I was letting him run around and heard him talking to his dog. I looked behind the couch and saw this:

I love how she has her hand on his. We've had a few early mornings lately!

Fish Kisses

There's a book called "Fish Kisses" that Jack absolutely loves. He sits and reads it now by himself. Each page features an animal and an action--fish kiss, puppies nuzzle, butterflies smooch, etc. Jack acts out the actions with whoever is nearby. Last night he kept running back and forth from his bedroom to our room to give Dave a hug. And in this picture, he's giving his sister a "fish kiss."

A Day at The Archers

Lily hasn't been sleeping well lately and I think it's starting to get to everyone. Jack napped for about twenty minutes yesterday and woke up completely exhausted.



The only person seemingly not affected by Lily's lack of sleep is Lily





Pigpen, er, Jack getting into his dad's tools. He informed me yesterday that he was cleaning the grout in the kitchen. Doesn't he look michievous?
