Archer Visit
Yay! Grandma Toni and Grandpa Dave came for a visit! And they brought books. And Delta cookies. And took us to the JCC . And bought us cake pops. And played with us. And answered all our bajillion questions. And became band members.
I know Kate and Steve are still trying to decide where they will land eventually. But I will tell you that I know some little people that will be very sad if they ever leave town.
Grandma Toni and Charlie (about 6 months old)
Grandma and Her Boys (the small ones)
I think this is so sweet.
Speaking of sweet!!!!
And now I present to you, Lily Archer and the Black Squirrels (I decided to give you a name)
Just Because...

The Many Faces of Jack A.
I took these one day when we went to the park. It's impossible to convey how much this little guy makes me smile. Just this morning he came in our room and started with, "Did you know there are no deers? It's just deer. My friend Jonathon told me so. Do you think Rudolph was rude? Is that why he was named Rudolph?" Food for thought at 6 AM.

Cereal Time
Charlie had cereal for the first time this weekend at 5 months old! I wasn't sure how he would react. Lily was reluctant to eat cereal. Jack had a terrible gag reflex. This little guy, though, seemed very happy with real food!
Not sure yet...
He likes it!

Photo Shoot Today
Here is my sweet Jack. He drew a picture of me today that made me smile and then wrote on a piece of paper, "I love you more than Mario (from the Wii game). hahaha." That means he REALLY loves me. I've been leaving him notes in his lunchbox all week along these lines. He told me earlier this week that something I wrote made him and three of his friends laugh. I don't know why but that is just about the biggest compliment I could get. I love the thought of him laughing with some friends.
Here's another sweet guy complete with two front teeth. Look at that face!
Sometimes I like the serious faces better than the smiling ones. This reminds me of a picture I had when Lily was a baby.
My little Lily just loves her brothers. I worked in her classroom yesterday and she mentioned both of them at least twice. When her teacher would ask a question...for example, "Does anyone like to jump in puddles?" Lily would answer, "Jack and I like to jump in puddles." I love that she is always thinking of them and wanting to share them with her friends.
Taking care of her baby bro.
Have I mentioned that she likes me to take pictures of her?
This picture of Charlie reminds me of Bill Murray in Caddyshack.
