This morning Jack went over to Lily, knelt down, and started singing to her. It was such a sweet moment. I love when he interacts with her and I especially love how Lily watches her big brother. He kept saying to her, "Do you want to sing?"
Oh my gosh...that is just ridiculously precious. I love how Jack varies the tune so that Lily doesn't get bored. And I love how she grins at him! This is so, so cute. Bridget is right...this is the sort of thing that makes all those nasty diapers and endless Wegmans trips and late nights worth it.
Also, Lily seriously gets more beautiful in every post. You should put that kid to work modeling cable-knit cardigans for Baby Gap or something. Make her earn her keep!
