Party Like It's Your Birthday
We had a birthday party for David yesterday complete with hats, Mark's pizza and Chewbacca cake. My original plan was to drive to Batavia and pick up a Pontillo's pizza but evidently it is closed due to the fact that Mr. Pontillo owes over 100K in back taxes. Blast! Mark's pizza is a close second however...so we drove to Lockport for that one. Good thing we have some sweet wheels to transport us these days. :) Jack kept telling his dad that thirty was the number of the day.

You guys are so darn cute, I can't stand it. Car, your Chewbacca cake made me laugh out loud. You just keep on trying to one-up my 4-inch lobster cake! Ha! Seriously, you should start marketing your own line of obscure cake tins...you know...Chewbacca, DJ Lance, Condoleeza Rice, Animal from the Muppets...I bet Michael's would pick up the line.
Looks like Dave had a happy day (he and Jack look like total besties in their matching stripey polos).
For realsies, you need to start a novelty cake business! I also love the Dave-Jack outfit coordination! Looked like an awesome birthday.

Happy 30th Dave! Looks like you had a great time with the fam. Kids are adorable as always, Carrie looks great...and I can't get over what a talented cake decorator you are! I look forward to the next creation!
