We had a nice birthday celebration for Lily on Saturday. She was showered with gifts! It was great having Toni and Dave here too. They were able to witness Lily really walking. Yippee...we have a walker.

So glad Lily had such a nice first birthday, surrounded by the people who love her most. That cake was beautiful!
PS--I was in some store that had a model of that baby doll stroller out and Donovan wheeled that thing around like her life depended on it. When I finally had to pry it loose so we could leave, she totally did the floppy rag doll/ back-arching thing and threw the biggest temper tamtrum, which is saying quite a lot considering the child barely cries or talks. I'm sure Lily will have just as much fun with it as Little Bit did, especially now that miss Lil can walk and steer it around!
