Lily's Dictionary

Lily loves to coin words. I decided I need to start writing them down. Here are a few favorites:

  • stengled - when your phone or toy is getting lots of feedback or static because the battery is low.

  • bungled - when you have alot of phlegm in your throat

  • crump - vomit

  • muster - a blister on her toe

  • tippy - her go-to adjective..."I'm feeling tippy. This looks tippy."

Don't forget teeny-tinies! Oh Carrie, these make me smile. I used stengled (which I pictured as being stangled) the other day when Brian's phone died as I was talking to him. I'm so glad you posted because I forgot what bungled was.

Bridget...I think you should start using these at the hospital, since many of them apply!

Crump actually does exist in the hospital and I say it all the time, but it has a totally different meaning. Like when someone is going down the tubes we say that they are crumping.
