Here's a closer look. (Kevin texted me the next day with a picture of the sign and a line that read, "Penguin struck!" I had to look closer to notice there was bird poop all over the sign. D'oh!)
Each child received a bag of batman goodies including a flashlight with a batman sticker on the light, yo-yo and comic book.
Not surprisingly the big hit of the day was this huge bounce house. I think I need to consider investing in one of these for our home. The neighbors would love it, no? Seriously though...the kids were occupied for hours. HOURS!
Look at this tiny little batman smash cake. So cute.
Here's a bigger version. Mmm. Wegmans cake!
Batman cookie favors by Cookies On Stage. Are these incredible or what? They tasted amazing too. I realized after I scarfed down two of them that I can never go into the cookie business.
Holy pinata batman!
There were bats everywhere!
Nicole made a batcave for the kids to go in with their flashlights (favors). It was really cute and the kids seemed to enjoy running in and out.
The tables had little batman buckets filled with snacks.
Kevin and Colin
How many Rochesterians does it take to save a bat cave?
Happy Guy!
My mom didn't get the memo about superhero attire.
Running to the bounce house. Where Colin goes, Lily follows.
Hard at work!
Tastes Good!
Lily heard there was cake.
Buddies
Cake time!
Smile!
Look at Colin's face then look at Nicole's cousin...love it!
Thanks for a fun party. Happy birthday Colin! We love you soooo much.
