Yup, Bridge is right. They both look like they could use a sippy cup full of espresso, or a mocha macchiato, or whatever it is Mama orders. Sounds like a good excuse for a Starbucks run to me.
As much as I'd love to triple dog dare you to give jack a skinny vanilla latte, I cringe at the though of how your day would end up! Did I ever tell you the story about how my mom bought my little brother Kevin (who has ADHD) an espresso maker for xmas when he was a kid. YEAH. I have no clue what sparked that genius move! Kevin and I still laugh about it!
Though I must admit, I once absentmindedly fed Attie about half a bag of chocolate-covered coffee beans and then couldn't figure out why he was so wild-eyed and extra crazy-acting...Rodney was like, um, Mosie, you do realize you've been feeding our 2 year-old coffee beans, right?
What can I say, we were on a long road trip and they were keeping him quiet. Not one of my better parenting moments.
