This was Lily's room before we pulled the lovely mauve rug up. Unfortunately I didn't get any shots before David painted.
And this is the end result!
The old "pinecone" bed that was used by dad, and then my brother, and then Jack and now Lily. I painted it white and it's a wonder what many coats of white paint will do.
Voila.
We recycled alot of things...remember those curtains from our dining room?

Oh Car, this came out great! You guys did an awesome job! I would have killed for a room like this when I was a little girl. Lily is a lucky little peanut!
PS--Can you believe those beautiful floors were hidden under all that carpet?
